We are seeking a talented Senior Video Editor to join our team at ESDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and sound design. Responsibilities include editing and creating high-quality video content for various platforms, collaborating with creative teams to develop visual concepts and ideas, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Senior Video Editor will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior editors and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Job Description

- Lead and manage the video editing team to produce high-quality content
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver within tight deadlines
- Oversee the entire post-production process, including editing, graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback to help develop their skills
- Ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to branding guidelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and uphold the highest level of accuracy in all editing work
- Prioritize and multitask on multiple projects simultaneously, while still meeting project timelines
- Display exceptional communication and teamwork skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative editing process.
