Job Description
- Lead a team of travel consultants and provide guidance on complex travel itineraries
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to secure competitive rates and packages for clients
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new travel destinations and experiences to clients
- Handle all aspects of travel booking, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Assist clients with travel insurance, visas, and other necessary documentation
- Resolve any issues or cancellations with airlines, hotels, or other travel providers
- Ensure all client information and bookings are accurate and up-to-date in the company's database
- Conduct regular training sessions for junior travel consultants to improve their skills and knowledge
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and tools in the travel industry to provide the best service for clients.
