We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at HR Recruiter. Job Description

- Lead and manage our sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales skills and performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in sales management
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and brand.
