Job Description
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required, PMP certification preferred
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
