The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing web applications using the .NET framework. The Senior .NET Developer will also provide technical leadership, mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and other related technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering top-quality software solutions.
Job Description

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
