Job Title: Senior Fundraising Manager
Location: Mumbai

Salary: CTC: 12 to 18 Lac per Annum

Our holistic program incorporates School infrastructure revamp along with teacher capacity building to deliver Competency-based Education. We have partnered with notable organizations like Mahindra, Dabur, Glenmark, Wabtec, Societe Generale, GMR, and more across 6 states and 2 UT's in India to drive meaningful change in the lives of students and communities.
Job Preview: Ennoble Social Innovations is actively seeking a Sr. Fundraising Manager to join our Mumbai-Sakinaka team. He/ She has to have excellent leadership skills and networking abilities. Good relationship with donors, excellent communication. Organized and target oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic business and operational plans to support the University of Greenwich in delivering Education without Boundaries.
- Work closely with schools, and research centres to identify fundraising priorities and opportunities.
- Meet agreed annual financial targets to contribute to the overall target and ambition to achieve incremental growth in fundraising.
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
- Work with colleagues, specifically the Prospect Research Assistant to build, maintain and continually seek to expand a healthy- strong pipeline of prospects making sure that all progress is tracked, monitored and reviewed on a routine basis.
- Manage, develop and motivate to prepare donor proposals, donor stewardship and the planning and execution of events related to the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors.
- Participate and support internal and external fundraising steering groups, boards or similar entities.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate information regarding all communication with existing and potential donors, funding submissions and other stewardship activities.
- Deputise for the Head of Alumni and Fundraising as appropriate.
- Ensure that all fundraising activity is conducted in an ethical manner.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a fundraising and partnerships role.
- Experience with social or development sector organizations is preferred.
- Minimum 6-12 years of relevant experience in donor fundraising/resource mobilization/ business development, including five years at the senior level
- Proven track record of establishing high-value partnerships and meeting fundraising targets;
Skills
- Experience in networking, negotiating, and influencing, at a senior level and with high-profile clients.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and communicate a compelling vision to drive results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and an understanding of proposal writing
- Good knowledge of the social development sector.
