Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations for client meetings.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements and design preferences.
- Perform site inspections to assess client needs and gather necessary information for project planning.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to the design team for project execution.
- Report to the ECR office regularly to provide project updates and coordinate with the team.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to clients effectively and persuasively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Ability to translate client needs into creative and functional design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English for both speaking and writing.
- Good organizational skills to manage schedules and meetings.
Experience: 5 to 6 years in Interior Design
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Languages: Tamil and English (spoken and written)
Salary: ₹40,000 and above + Travel Allowance
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day
