- Lead the export team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic sales plans
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and trade policies
- Coordinate logistics and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide guidance and support to junior export team members
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
