Job Description
- Assisting senior company secretaries in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Conducting research on corporate laws and regulations
- Assisting in filing necessary forms and documents with regulatory authorities
- Coordinating with clients and government agencies for various corporate secretarial matters
- Providing support in organizing board meetings and preparing agendas and minutes
- Maintaining and updating corporate records and databases
- Assisting in compliance activities and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the senior team members
- Keeping abreast of updates in corporate laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of corporate secretarial services.
