Job Title: Sales Development Representative Company: Skydo Application Contact: SNAP FIND Location: Bangalore Salary Range: 4.00-6.00 Lacs Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Proactively seek and identify new client prospects through research, networking, and strategic outreach. - Database Management: Keep the company's lead database current with precise details. - Sales Tools & Software: Employ CRM systems and contemporary sales tools for effective lead tracking and management. - Market Research: Track industry trends and competitors to discover fresh opportunities. - Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to synchronize strategies and improve lead generation efforts. - Feedback Mechanism: Collect feedback to measure the success of lead generation and refine tactics. - Reports & Analytics: Provide insights on lead generation performance and its impact. Requirements: - Experience: 0-2 years in a sales role, with a focus on lead generation. - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead generation tools. - Research Skills: Competence in conducting extensive market research and competitor analysis. - Networking Skills: Proven ability to forge relationships and cultivate leads. - Communication Skills: Outstanding command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written. - Analytical Mindset: Keen analytical skills to evaluate lead generation methods. Note: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Job Description

- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and meetings set
- Provide feedback to improve lead generation processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
