Job Description
SKILLS:
- At least 6 years of IT experience in SAP SD module.
- Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales returns, Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc.
- Good understanding of the integration with the MM module and exposure to SAP MM.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems, IDOC’s, rest API’s.
- Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other systems.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, queries) skills.
- Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to resolve them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consulting: Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day-to-day operations, primarily in SAP SD and MM area
- Business and process analysis
- Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and customer support teams
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors in Engineering with 6-8 years of experience
