Job Description

We have an urgent opening for Sales Manager (Junior and Senior) position for a leading organization in Building Material / AAC Bloc /Building Construction. Position: Sales Manager (SM) (Junior and Senior) Multiple Location: A) Ahmedabad, B) UDAIPUR C) ANAND (GUJARAT) D) PALGHAR (MAHARASHTRA) Experience: 1 to 4 years and 4 to 8 years. (Related field) Salary: As per industry Norms Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or related field 2. MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing) 3. 1 to 3 years of experience as sales manager. (Relevant Building material experienced) 4. 4 to 8 years of sales experience. (Relevant Building material experienced) Skills 1. Proven track records of positive sales performance. 2. Excellent negotiation skills. 3. Strong communication and convincing skills. 4. Management and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products 2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area 3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base 4. Servicing the needs of your existing customers 5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market 6. Developing sales strategies and setting targets 7. Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets 8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures 9. Keeping up to date with products and competition 10. Market Research to understand the industry and prospects
