The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include training, and coaching sales staff, analyzing sales data, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales efforts. The Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Job Description

Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Meeting with architects, interior designers, contractors, PMC, and clients virtually or during sales visits

demonstrating and presenting products.

Establishing new business

Maintaining accurate records of transactions

Coordinating between internal and external teams to achieve timely project delivery.

Ensuring proper invoicing and submission of the same to the client and PMC in following up for any documentation required

Keeping track of collection of the payments in timely manner.

Reviewing sales performance

Negotiating contracts and packages

Attending mock ups, trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings
