Inext Logistics & Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain industry trends, as well as a passion for building and expanding client relationships. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing leadership and guidance
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and success
- Coordinate sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to drive excellence and productivity
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Foster a positive and motivated sales culture to drive high performance and results.
