Sales Strategy And Planning:

Develop And Implement Strategic Sales Plans In Alignment With Overall Company Objectives.

Analyse Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Activities To Identify Opportunities And Drive Sales Growth.

Set Ambitious But Attainable Sales Targets And Monitor Progress Towards Achieving Them.

Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Such As Marketing And Production, To Ensure Effective Execution Of Sales Strategies.

 

 

Sales Performance And Revenue Generation:

Lead By Example And Actively Engage In Sales Activities, Including Prospecting, Negotiating, And Closing Deals.

Monitor Sales Metrics, Such As Revenue, Conversion Rates, And Customer Acquisition Costs, To Drive Performance Improvement.

Identify Areas For Sales Process Optimization And Implement Necessary Changes To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness.

Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Clients And Actively Pursue New Business Opportunities.

Sales Training And Development:

Provide Ongoing Training, Coaching, And Professional Development Opportunities To Enhance The Skills And Knowledge Of The Sales Team.

Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Product Knowledge To Effectively Guide And Support The Sales Team.

Conduct Regular Sales Meetings And Performance Reviews To Ensure Continuous Improvement And Goal Alignment.

Sales Reporting And Analysis:

Prepare Regular Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Analyses To Evaluate Performance Against Targets And Present Insights To Senior Management.

Utilize Crm Systems And Other Sales Tools To Track Sales Activities, Pipeline, And Customer Interactions.
