Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the automotive industry
- Evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to management
