Peer to Peer HR Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, including negotiations and contract execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress to management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Stay informed about best practices in sales and leverage new technologies to improve efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the company.
