- Sales Ownership & Revenue Generation
- Take full ownership of the sales development pipeline, ensuring seamless visibility and progression.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers to drive strategic opportunities.
- Use innovative outreach strategies, including cold email, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator, to engage high-value prospects.
- Prospecting & Research
- Conduct in-depth research on the sales CRM industry, market trends, and competitors to inform outreach strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize leads to ensure a healthy and high-potential sales pipeline.
- Engagement & Deal Management
- Leverage diverse outreach techniques to book meetings, provide tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed with customized solutions.
- Visit client offices to meet decision-makers, deliver impactful demos, and finalize agreements.
- Collaboration & Impact
- Work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback.
- Provide insights to the product and development teams, driving customer-centric product improvements.
- Experiment with outreach methods to optimize results and discover what resonates with our target audience.
