Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for Mashal hotels
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor positioning
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing Mashal hotels' offerings
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure business partnerships
- Collaborate with hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of client bookings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
- Analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions on future sales strategies and goals
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Mashal hotels and network with potential clients
- Stay updated on new hospitality trends, technologies, and opportunities in the market.
