HR Recruiter is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting sales goals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and offer customized solutions to drive business growth. A competitive salary and commission package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Job Description

- Identify and target potential clients within the HR industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up meetings to generate new business opportunities
- Present and sell HR recruiting services to clients
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote HR Recruiter
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
