- Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products to existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Manage and update CRM system with accurate information
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend training and sales meetings to improve skills and knowledge
