Desired Skills and Experience: -
• Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience of sales.
• Desired Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have willingness to learn new skills and take responsibilities.
• Ensure calling on leads provided by the company
• Build good working relationships with Clients.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Explain to the customers about the properties.
• Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing. The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers
• Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customer’s satisfaction.
• Has excellent problem-solving skills.
• Decision Making & Self motivated
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.
