Job Description
  • Strategic Networking: Develop and nurture strong relationships with HNI clients, corporate sector top management, CEOs, and CXOs, aligning our solutions with their needs and values.
  • B2B & B2C Expertise: Leverage your experience in handling high-ticket size products, with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
  • Luxury Product Sales: Showcase your expertise in selling luxury products, bringing an understanding of premium market segments to the table.
  • Client Relationship Enhancement: Build rapport with new clients, offering sales support that enhances the relationship and fosters long-term partnerships.
  • Techno-Commercial Proficiency: Conduct techno-commercial discussions and product demos, ensuring solutions are aligned with client requirements.
  • Target Achievement: Take ownership of meeting organizational targets through effective planning, budgeting, and execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute a sales plan, ensuring outreach to end-users for maximum impact and sales growth.
  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical sales skills, excelling in tasks within stringent timelines.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Showcase strong interpersonal skills, fostering and maintaining rapport with high-end customers who share our commitment to sustainability.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:  Fresher with good sales approach & attitude. 6-12 months of relevant experience in sales will be an added advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
