Job Description

Employee Responsibilities & Tasks:

· To achieve assigned sales target for Car care products for the year. Achieve expected sales value and market outstanding collections.

· Extensive working on accessory outlets, detailing shops, paint shops and Car wash outlets and network expansion in the assigned geography.

· Ensure targeted tie ups with Top Car accessory outlets and Wash Outlets.

 

· Dealer Networking:- Regular visit to Market and customers Channel Partner and Sell products and ensure timely collections of market outstanding by establishing contacts with retailers/dealers/customers and to build an excellent relationship with existing and potential channel partners in the market. Expanding trade network.

· Sales Target:- To Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume from the dealers assigned and mapped. Follow up on supply chain to ensure that delivery and commitments are being met at all levels (Both dealers and retailers) and Management of inflow and outflow of stocks to and from the distributors at all levels. Updating dealer, retailers on their sales Vs targets- Total and product wise.

· Sales Promotions :- To Manage Sales promotion activities i.e. Retailer meet, demonstration campaigns. Ensuring implementation of effective strategies to maximize sales and revenues. Communicating various promotional scheme to the Distributor/ Retailers/dealer & motivating them to achieve planned target

· Reporting:- Regular reporting to Head/Business development Car care. Weekly, Monthly reports & surveys. Suggesting new market opportunities & potential Retailers / Dealers to appoint.
