Job Summary
• Customer visits. Be with the customer as much as possible.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop clear understanding of customer’s needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer’s issues.
• Identify and develop new customers.
• Present SMS’s products and services to customers to meet their needs.
• Conduct seminars and presentations.
• Follow up and monitoring of payments.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
• Maintain customer records with latest information.
• Supply weekly report including but not limited to customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market related information, etc.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Conduct all business within the scope of SMS company policies and mission.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience of Tool steel and experience from mould & dies, cold forming, die casting, injection moldings or similar
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook knowledge required.
• Strong command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Strong command of Hindi in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
