Excellent Hydraulics is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the hydraulic industry, specifically focusing on selling hydraulics components and systems to customers. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hydraulic industry - Provide technical support and solutions to customers' needs - Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and plans - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services - Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to meet sales targets - Stay current on industry trends and market conditions - Travel to customer sites to build relationships and assess needs - Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
