As the Sales Development Manager at Tekpillar, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into opportunities. You will also be tasked with analyzing sales data, identifying key areas for improvement, and continually optimizing the team's performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure success
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales efforts and capture opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and materials
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales team's skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network
- Drive a customer-centric approach and focus on delivering excellent service to build long-lasting relationships.
