- Support sales team by preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Assist in creating and maintaining client databases
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Track sales performance and compile reports for management
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
- Attend sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed
- Manage inventory and sales materials
- Work closely with finance department to process orders and invoices
