Sam Composites is having an opportunity for Sales Specialist (Manufacturing Industry) at Fort, Mumbai.
Details as follows
Designation – Associate / Sr. Associate
Department – Sales (B2B)
Industry – Insulation (Electrical / Mechanical / Thermal)
Scope of work
-
- The incumbent will be working on developing the relationship with Existing/New Clientele
- Generating leads through Cold Calling / Emails – Marketing / Presentation and Personal Visits – Sales Meetings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying key decision-makers in target markets.
- Understanding of detailed requirement (Drawings, Bill of Materials, Technical Specifications or Datasheets)
- Preparing competitive quotations in line with the communications with Procurement and Estimation teams
- Follow ups on quotations and discount opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch team for order completion and delivery
Requirements
-
- The incumbent should be well versed with the Sales Operations of Manufacturing Industry
- Proven Experience of Min. 2 Years in relevant industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and overcome objections effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Engineering Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
