Safety Officer ï‚· Safety Program Development: ï‚· Create and implement safety policies and procedures. ï‚· Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards. ï‚· Compliance and Inspection: ï‚· Ensure compliance with safety regulations. ï‚· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. ï‚· Training and Education: ï‚· Organize safety training sessions. ï‚· Develop safety training materials. ï‚· Incident Investigation: ï‚· Investigate workplace accidents and incidents. ï‚· Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. ï‚· Emergency Preparedness: ï‚· Develop emergency response plans. ï‚· Coordinate emergency drills. ï‚· Safety Communication: ï‚· Communicate safety policies to employees. ï‚· Address safety concerns and suggestions. ï‚· Monitoring and Reporting: ï‚· Monitor workplace conditions. ï‚· Generate safety performance reports. ï‚· Safety Equipment Management: ï‚· Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE). ï‚· Ensure availability of safety equipment. ï‚· Collaboration: ï‚· Work with departments to integrate safety practices. ï‚· Participate in safety committee meetings.
