The Retubing Supervisor will oversee all aspects of retubing operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors, conducting site inspections, creating and implementing project plans, scheduling work crews, overseeing safety protocols, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retubing operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Job Description
- Oversee and supervise the retubing process for heat exchangers and other equipment - Ensure proper heat and mass transfer calculations are applied during process - Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve project goals on time and within budget - Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries - Conduct technical analysis of equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions - Collaborate with engineers and other departments to optimize retubing processes and improve efficiency - Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control - Provide training and guidance to staff on retubing techniques and best practices - Maintain a high standard of quality in all retubing work performed - Stay current on industry trends and advancements in retubing technology and practices.
