- Responsible for processing customer orders and accurately handling cash transactions
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with packing orders and delivering them to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
- Follow all food safety protocols and adhere to health code standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well under pressure and problem solve effectively
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
