Job Description

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and products
- Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding new clients and managing their accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions
