Salary:- 20k - 25k + Incentives
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The Ideal candidate is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and converting potential clients.
Key Duties includes:-
· Make outgoing calls to develop new business
· Building and maintaining strong clients relationships
· Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions
· Communicating effectively to convert client interactions into positive outcomes
· Collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer support
· Contact prospects to qualify leads or convert them
· Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s subscription plans and services in order to facilitate the process
