Job Description

- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and administering medications
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and communicate any changes to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Ensure all medical records are accurately documented and maintained
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on advancements in healthcare practices
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues
