Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the women empowerment project
- Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and talented individuals
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including networking, social media, and job boards
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and reference checks to identify the best candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and community partners
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to project leadership
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and diversity hiring
- Drive inclusion and diversity initiatives within the project team and community.
