- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for non-IT positions
- Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and skill match
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Provide guidance and training to team members on recruitment best practices
- Manage recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging recruiting technologies
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
