Job Description

- Conduct full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals - Utilize various recruitment techniques such as social media, job boards, and networking events - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition - Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as applicant tracking, resume screening, and job postings - Work closely with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment initiatives - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
