Job Description
- Identify and source qualified candidates for various positions within Amazon
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate on-site interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to proactive source candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices in order to attract top talent
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidates.
