We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller at Igloo Stays Premium Edachira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and directing guests, handling phone calls and inquiries, as well as providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Key duties include managing reservations, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Serve as the first point of contact for guests visiting Igloo Stays Premium Edachira
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule room bookings and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information to guests about amenities and services offered at the property
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with guests to ensure their stay was satisfactory
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations at the property
- Proactively promote special deals and packages to boost occupancy rates
