- Actively seek out new clients and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers
- Explore and analyze market trends and stay updated on local real estate market conditions
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as property inspectors, mortgage lenders, and lawyers
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other related documents to clients
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet sales targets and deadlines set by the company
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions with clients for future reference.
