As a QC Officer at A-One Job consultancy, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Job Description

- Perform routine quality control activities in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct tests and analyze data to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Document and report findings to management and collaborate with production team to address any issues
- Train and supervise QC inspectors to uphold quality control processes
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality of products
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance with quality standards
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
