As a QC Officer at A-One Job consultancy, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services meets company standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues. Job Description

- Perform routine quality control activities in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct tests and analyze data to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Document and report findings to management and collaborate with production team to address any issues
- Train and supervise QC inspectors to uphold quality control processes
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality of products
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance with quality standards
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
