Job Description

- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services for the organization
- Conduct market research to find the best suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and track expenses to optimize purchasing processes
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time
- Keep updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports for management review
- Resolve supplier issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
