- Coordinate and monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Oversee the assembly and packaging of products according to company standards
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and update documentation as needed
- Train and mentor new production team members on best practices and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Analyze production data and provide reports to management for decision-making purposes
- Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and streamline operations
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
