As a Production Executive at Iron Asylum, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. Your duties will include managing a team of production staff, collaborating with designers and engineers, coordinating workflow schedules, and monitoring budgets and timelines. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Job Description

Sourcing of Raw Material(RM) & Packaging Material(PM) on time.

Real time price tracker update on time for both RM&PM.

Exploring alternative vendors.

Price negotiation with Vendors.

RM, PM Inventory tracker update on time.

Gather data on potential sellers that fulfil procurement requirements (MSA, payment terms, Lead time, MOQ, Payments Ledger, etc..)

Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

Preparing and processing purchase orders for RM & PM.

Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.

Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.

Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned.
