Job Description
Job Description Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes. Translate findings into actionable insights to drive product innovation. Product Development Support: Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in the development of product on desired roadmap and timelines. Product Positioning: Develop product positioning, messaging, USPs & RTBs that effectively communicates the value proposition of product to target audiences. Implement Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis. Marketing Collateral: Conceptualize marketing collaterals to support sales and marketing efforts. Ensure that marketing materials effectively communicate product RTBs, benefits and features. Product Training: Prepare product training material for internal stakeholders & external sales team. Conduct training sessions as per the training schedule. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation and sales conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve product performance. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to understand product strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions. Requirement: Experience in product management or similar role, preferably within the health, wellness or nutraceutical industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Detail oriented with strong project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Science & B Pharm is preferable.
