- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in lending regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and loan applications
