Job Description
  Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Manage and optimize Shopify promotional campaigns to drive e-commerce sales Plan, implement, and monitor advertising budgets across channels Create and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting Meet or exceed established KPIs including monthly lead targets, cost per acquisition (CPA) goals, and quality score benchmarks while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) within specified budget parameters Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creative assets, and landing pages Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content Stay current with digital advertising best practices and platform updates Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/paid digital advertising Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon/Marketplace Strong experience with Shopify e-commerce platform and promotional campaigns Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and sales funnel management Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics) Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Proven track record of generating quality leads and achieving ROI targets Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong budget management skills Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in organic marketing is preferred Preferred  Experience in quick commerce or on-demand delivery advertising Experience with marketing automation tools Experience with CRM platforms would be preferred Drive organic traffic growth through strategic SEO implementation, including on-page optimisation, content recommendations, technical SEO audits, and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and website visibility Key Performance Indicators ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets Cost per Acquisition (CPA) goals Campaign conversion rates Lead quality PPC ads Budget utilization efficiency Revenue growth from paid channels Customer acquisition costs
