Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our multi-specialty hospital in Nawada. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases and disorders related to the eyes. The role involves working with patients of all ages, addressing conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, refractive errors, and retinal diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and diseases.
• Perform eye surgeries, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and other corrective procedures.
• Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans for various eye disorders.
• Conduct regular eye check-ups and vision tests.
• Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on eye care, disease prevention, and post-surgical care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment progress.
• Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology and surgical techniques.
• Adhere to all medical protocols and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBBS with an MS/DNB in Ophthalmology.

Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in Nawada.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ophthalmic practice.

Technical Skills: Expertise in cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and retinal treatments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship or additional certification in ophthalmic subspecialties (e.g., retina, cornea, glaucoma).
